Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we can't resell a returned rooster to someone else β€” there is, regrettably, no secondary market for a mug that says your business on it. So change-of-heart returns aren't something Richard can generally accept.

If it arrives damaged or defective: that's on us, and we will absolutely make it right. Email richard@cheapcock.com within 30 days with a photo of the wounded rooster and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund without making you feel weird about it.

Wrong item or printing error? Same deal β€” send a photo, we'll fix it. You should receive the rooster you ordered, not a rooster-shaped approximation.

What we can't help with: ordering the wrong size, ordering in a moment of confidence you later regret, or a partner who "doesn't get it." These are matters of the soul, not of fulfillment.
